We currently ship within Spain and across the European Union.

Your order is prepared and dispatched from Barcelona, typically the same or next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way. Orders placed over the weekend or during a holiday are sent the next business day.

Within Spain, delivery typically takes 1 to 3 business days. Elsewhere in the European Union, please allow 4 to 7 business days.

If you are outside the European Union, please contact us here, and we will give you an estimate of when we'll be able to ship to your destination. 

If something isn't as you had hoped, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To begin a return, contact us here within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for return. 

Return postage is at your own cost, so we recommend a tracked and insured service, as we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.

-Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact.

-Shoes should be tried on a soft surface, as footwear with marked or scratched soles cannot be returned.

-For hygienic reasons, one-piece swimsuits and bikini bottoms cannot be returned or exchanged.

Once we've received and checked your return, we'll refund your original payment method within 10 days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We don't currently offer exchanges. If you'd like a different size or piece, place a new order and return the original.
